Will you pay for custom fees?

- Customs fees are determined by the country we're shipping to and fees + additional charges are completely out of our control. We gotta play by the rules cuz tampering with info necessary for customs is against the law.

Can I cancel my order?

- Since we have really fast shipping, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Once your order hits our warehouse, it starts getting processed and then ships out to you!

Where can I track my order?

- Once your order has been shipped, you get a confirmation email with your tracking number and all that info! You can either track through the link in your confirmation email, log into your Dolls Kill account, or go to USPS.com / DHL.com.

I didn't receive my store credit or I lost it!

- Just let us know and we will just resend it to you! Please check your spam box.

Can I shop at a Dolls Kill store in person and try stuff on?

- We're 100% online and that means we're open 24 hours a day 'n 7 days a week. So that insomnia at 3 in the morning can totally turn into a holy shit shopping spree.

How do I use my store credit?

- Put in your code at checkout where it asks for store credit or coupon code, and then click apply. It will automatically deduct from your total amount.

Can I place an order over the phone?

- If you're having difficulties ordering online or for whatever reason, for sure. Give us a call during our office opening hours and we'll help ya out. Monday-Friday 9-5 PST @ 1-800-354-ROCK (6809)

Can you price match or make price adjustments?

- Prices are as marked, but we are always dishing out sales and secret Kult deals, so sign up for our mailing list to get Dolls Kill emails. Sign up form is found on the homepage underneath the main banner.
