Yes! We are currently shipping domestic and *international orders. Please see our list of temporarily restricted international markets, below. If we are unable to ship to your geography for an order placed, we’ll let you know via email before the order ships to see if you have an alternate address. All orders/items on orders will be held until we’re able to ship them out to you ❤

We’re working closely with our teams, global mail carriers and our suppliers to maintain their safety while fulfilling your orders. Orders typically take 24–48 biz hrs to process after they have been placed but we are currently backed up due to precautionary measures related to the coronavirus pandemic. There may be **some delays that are outside of our control. Currently, some standard service international orders are experiencing delays and all carriers/services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered.
The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments globally, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website used for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info.
**Australia/NZ: Standard shipments to Australia & New Zealand are delayed and currently taking an average of 15-40 biz days to be delivered. This is due to COVID19 restrictions causing backlogs in local postal networks.
Our customer service squad is still available to answer your questions via email, text or chat. We will do our best to respond to your needs as quickly as possible, and will respond to each and every one of you within 24 hours(usually faster!).
Definitely! For any order placed after March 1st 2020, we’re extending our return policy from 30 days to 60 days. Just be sure to start your return via our returns portal within 30 days. Print and save your return label/return slip, then ship back the return when you can.

Sorry, babe. We have temporarily closed both of our stores in response to COVID-19. But don’t worry, all unclaimed in store pick up orders have been returned and will be issued full store credit. You will get an email notification when the return is processed. Store credit can be used to purchase anything on our site and never expires.
