Dolls Kill "Win The New Darker Wavs Drop" Contest Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF BEING SELECTED.


  1. Introduction

    The "Win The New Darker Wavs Drop" contest ("DW Contest") is organized by Dolls Kill. By entering this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Contest Duration

    The Contest starts on 10/31/23 and ends on 11/10/23. Entries submitted after the Contest period will not be eligible for any prizes.

  1. Eligibility

    The Contest is open to:
    - Dolls Kill’s customers enter their email and/or SMS in the site pop-up
    - Participants located in the U.S.
    - Participants aged 18 and above.

    Employees of Dolls Kill, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone else professionally associated with this Contest are not eligible to participate.

  1. How to Enter

    Participants must subscribe to Dolls Kill’s email and/or SMS through the website pop-up (available both on mobile and desktop) to get a chance to win. Each participant is allowed to submit up to one email address and one SMS number. Multiple entries using the same email address or SMS number will be disqualified. The entered email or SMS must be the participant's own or they must have obtained the necessary permissions to submit it. 

  1. Prizes

    One winner will receive the entire new Darker Wavs Fader collection, comprising a total of 47 pieces. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  1. Winner Selection

    The winner will be chosen at random after the end date of the Contest and will be announced on 11/11/23. The decision of Dolls Kill in relation to the selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

  1. Notification of Winners

    The winner will be contacted via email or SMS at the email or SMS provided to enter the contest. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Dolls Kill reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. Use of Personal Data

    By entering this Contest, participants agree to share their personal data with Dolls Kill. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Dolls Kill’s Privacy Policy available here: https://www.dollskill.com/pages/privacy-policy 

  1. General

    Dolls Kill reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Dolls Kill and their agents and associates accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Contest.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS. Dolls Kill is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or any rights and obligations of the Participants and Dolls Kill relating to this Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of any other state's laws. By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in any way related to this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court having competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California. Without limiting the scope of any legal release, except where prohibited, by entering this Contest, each Participant waives all rights to seek, obtain, or claim any punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees, and each entrant further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter, Meta, or any platform used to transmit or publicize the Contest. 

By participating, all Participants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the Contest of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the Contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Dolls Kill, their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this Contest, participants agree to a complete release of Dolls Kill from any or all liability in connection with this Contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
