We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.

  • Check which items are ineligible for return below
  • Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.

US and UK customers now have the option to select between two refund options. You can pick free return shipping and store credit OR a refund to your original payment method with a return shipping fee. All customers outside of the US or UK are issued store credit. US UK INTERNATIONAL

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and free of dirt, scuffs and wear
  • Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, sex toys and other beauty products with broken seals or packaging removed will not be accepted
  • Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits without their lining will not be accepted

We now offer 2 refund options to our US customers in our returns portal:

1. FREE RETURN SHIPPING: You’ll be issued store credit to your Dolls Kill account within 48 hours that can be used to purchase anything on dollskill.com. Return shipping is on the house and totally free!

2. REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT: We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return. Refunds take 3-4 weeks to process once we receive your items.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

US & UK customers: We recommend picking free return shipping in the returns portal when submitting your return. You’ll be issued store credit to your Dolls Kill account within 48 hours and it can be used to purchase anything on dollskill.com. We’ll email you once your credit is available.

All other customers: Returns are always for store credit. We’ll email you once your credit is available and you can use it to re-purchase.

Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process. We’ll email you notifying you that your return has been processed.

As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email with the store credit code. The email will be sent to the email address on the original order.

You can also view your store credit in My Account:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click Gift Cards & Store Credit
  3. Copy the store gift card/store credit code
  4. Enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order
